How can I return products?
Have EREA slipped up?
Our products represent the highest level of quality and reliability. But if any defect emerges we will always be happy to find a solution.
Contact us and, if necessary, we will provide you with a returns form.
Have you slipped up?
Maybe you accidentally chose the wrong transformer? Simply return the product within 8 weeks following delivery. EREA will draw up a credit note for 80% of the invoiced amount (applies to our standard products).
Returns are not possible if:
You have already had the product for longer than 8 week
The products were custom designed for you
The product is in poor condition or incomplete on returning it to EREA
