Capacity
|
We can build isolating transformers with capacities up to 630 kVA with three-phase types and 10 - 20 kVA with single-phase types. The upper limit is on the same order of magnitude for autotransformers, but the precise limit depends on the voltage difference between the primary and secondary windings. Where higher capacities are concerned we will need to investigate what is feasible on a case-by-case basis. Note: Where there are several secondaries, please indicate how the total capacity is to be divided between the different secondaries. |
